Our Hangout at Hampton Brewing: A Night of Women’s Empowerment event has been postponed to a later date as we plan to build it into an even more meaningful experience for our community.
We are deeply grateful to Hampton Brewing Co. Ltd. for their continued partnership and commitment to creating moments of connection and awareness within our community.
Last year’s event was a memorable gathering filled with fun, energy, and the strength of a community united for a meaningful cause.

Second Annual UNBSJ Purple games
The first annual UNBSJ Purple Games was a huge success! Both the men’s and women’s volleyball teams won their matches and rallied tremendous support for Hestia House.
This year, the excitement grows with both volleyball and basketball teams participating. Join us for four home games as the UNBSJ Seawolves basketball and volleyball teams (Women’s and Men’s divisions) transform their matches into Purple Games in support of Hestia House. Enjoy contests, prizes, and much more while cheering on the teams and supporting women on their journey to safety and healing.

- Women’s Volleyball game: 1 pm
- Men’s Volleyball game: 3 pm
- Women’s Basketball game: 6 pm
- Men’s Basketball game: 8 pm

- Attend: Show your support by attending the games and cheering on the UNBSJ Seawolves as they raise awareness of domestic violence and celebrate the courage and strength of survivors, all while supporting Hestia House.
- Wear Purple: Help raise awareness by wearing purple to the games.
- Spread the Word: Invite friends and family to the games. The more people attending, the stronger our message of community support.
